My morning paper gave me the loveliest surprise for breakfast today - apparently, Austria is finally going to legalize same-sex unions. Yay! It's probably not going to happen as soon as I'd like, but it is going to happen at last. Anyway, in order to celebrateillustrate this, they had this fantastic picture:

Hey people. I heard a rumor that Stephen Morrissey of The Smiths and Robert Smith of The Cure were lovers. I've tried searching around but haven't found anything. Can anyone tell me if this information is valid? If so, do you have any delicious proof that you could show me? Thanks.

But one discovers his chagrin over the fabled Leonard Bernstein in a previously undisclosed, marathon chat with a top aide on Sept. 13, 1971, which is among 3,700 hours of his secretly taped White House discussions being released in stages by the National Archives.

"Kissing on the mouth?!" Nixon exclaims.

"Yeah, right head on!" answers aide H.R. Haldeman.

"Ah, absolutely sickening!" says the president during a most curious back-and-forth on cultural mores.
