Longtime watcher, first time caller, etc etc. Because I've been on a lotrips kick lately, I offer you a handful (19, to be exact) from my collection. I opted to go with the less frequently seen pics. Most of these are just further proof that Dom and Elijah are, or were at one point at least, Very Special Friends. Ahem.

Dom and Billy -- Dom's the one being, uh, directed. This was an extra on one of the DVDs and even after watching it, I still don't know what's going on. Amusing nevertheless.


I think they're talking about when Elijah had his appendix removed, but it's funny to imagine a different conversation here. "No, no, it's down there!"


I firmly believe this is the exact point in that clip where Elijah thinks "Holy crap, we're being taped!" and makes it veer into a hug, because Dom was going in. There's a lovely animation of the entire thing on the domlijah community's info page, if you're interested. It's gorgeous.

I threw this one in for fun. I like to imagine Dom has just made a very inappropriate remark/request/suggestion involving that ... whatever it is in his hand. Elijah is understandably horrified and probably mildly intrigued.

Poor Dom gets his head tossed at this completely odd angle because Elijah veers for the hug. I bet he had no idea what was going on. :D

And he had to go around with his head tilted at this unnatural angle and he and Elijah had to try to explain this to people.
"See, we were at this bar and I was gonna lean in and kiss --"
"This girl."
"...yes, this girl, with these freakishly huge blue eyes --"
"GREEN. They were green. I'm pretty sure."
"*sigh* Yes, yes, whatever. So there I was, and all of a sudden she just spazzed the fuck out because there was a camera and she grabbed me and tried to screw my head around and make it look like a hug."
*open mouthed stare*
"Well, you did."
"I hate you."

I write a lot of dialogue drabbles, sorry. :)

*snicker* The thing is, this whole scene would be made more interesting by the fact that Elijah would, undoubtedly, look completely stoned the entire time. ^^

And you know, there are, of course, all the remarks they make during the cast commentaries on the dvds. My favorite is at one point during the Return of the King commentary, and Dom says something like, "I remember Elijah coming in from a day of shooting, aching all over 'cause of all those jagged rocks -- his hands, fingers, chest, elbows, knees, everything hurt, and I thought, 'Mmm, I'd just like to hold you tight and make it all better.'" I swear to God, I'm not making this up. And sure, it was probably tongue-in-cheek, but they bring these slashy rumors up when NO ONE MENTIONS THEM. Silly boys.

My friend and I had such a ball with those -- they made us happier than they had any right to. You know they're just doing it to make us happy, unless they're lying, coughcough, but it makes us squee nonetheless.
