It's Gale Harold and Hal Sparks' characters, Brian and Michael, from Queer as Folk. It's a screencap taken from episode 212, where Brian kisses Michael in the comic book store. "Wicked Game" is an awesome Chris Isaak song, and describes them perfectly.
