Oh my, we got our first job application!

Ehem, I'm sorry but this morning I took away two people's posting access... seriously, if you make an off-topic post, I'm taking away your posting access - it's in the rules and now that it's a closed community and I only posted the rules two days ago... yeah.

Some people create journals, or seek out particular communities, with the sole purpose of going against the rules and causing upset. Luckily with this now being a closed community, you as the mods and we as the community members can now have more control over troublemakers!

i thought it was hilarious, to try to find a job in this community. this community of all the communities out there! haha, i think most of us are just here to go "uuuhhhh, niiiice" :D

it's good to be able to finally do something about the off-topic posts... you can delete them and delete them but when there's no real rule ("please stay on-topic" was the rule closest to the issue :/) they'll just keep coming... they might still keep coming now, but ahh well. it's good :D

i love how nick reacts, haha, that bite-thing he does is classic!

whenever i see dale i think of the french and saunders lord of the rings special - "t'is i - wilkommen, bienvenue, grandalf of the grey, welcome" and "let's look into thy paper-weight", haha that's one of the funniest things ever, haha.

i love how nick looks at the end, heeh. :D

Thanks, I missed the job poosting one but off topic posts are just annoying. If they want to post political rants - go somewhere else. I have communities for that. I like the topics - just not here.

I'm glad you are being strict and limiting posting to "on topic". GGGrrrr it's not THAT difficult. sheesh.

yeah i know, i'm happy we're a closed community now, it helps a lot with just limiting the rules and stuff, people always try to be exceptions to the rules or hum.

ahh, well. as long as the political articles are lj-cut, it's fine with me. i deleted one entry where a picture of nazi-soldiers with "god bless america" above it was uncut... i thought it was tasteless and i don't want people to look at their friends lists and seeing that first thing in the morning :/
