GUYS GUYS THE HEROES ONLINE COMIC ARTISTS SHIP PETER/MOHINDER.



Okay, so it's technically supposed to be Simone, but does that really look like Simone and her masses of hair to you? Or rather, everybody's favorite airheaded Indian professor? Alternate past wherein Peter and Mohinder hooked up for the win!

EDIT: Some various reasons this is Mohinder rather than Simone.

This is Isaac's original sketch. This is the actual kiss. Note that Peter's hands are nowhere near her jaw, Simone's hair is all piled up on her head (and too tightly curled to be the kisser above), and she's got massive earrings on. Now, if an artist wanted to draw a Peter/Mohinder kiss scene, but the TPTB said "well, we don't know...", they could have snuck in a hand to cover the lack of earrings and Adam's apple. CONCLUSION: PETER MAKING OUT WITH MOHINDER IS CANON.

I find it very, very funny that in the original scene Simone was wearing big ear-rings. And in this picture Peter has his hand just at the place where that ear-ring is supposed to be that would immediately would make her recognizable as not being Mohinder.

Or maybe it was intentional: after all, this comic is about how Hiro goes back in time to warn Peter. In episode 5, Peter wanted to go back to Isaac's place, but Mohinder didn't go with him because he was kind of freaked out by Peter raving about cheerleaders and time-travell
ing samurais. In a reality where Future Hiro hadn't shown up, maybe Peter and Mohinder spent more time together and...Things happened. :)

(By the way, thank you for posting a high-res version of the image-it's so beautiful, even from a non-slash point of view. I enjoyed the art for this week comic! :))

I had the same thought process. Wouldn't it be fantastic if Future!Hiro asked about Peter and Mohinder in regular Hiro's time, or just referenced it? Or maybe even better... regular!Peter comes to the loft for some reason, finds the picture, and is all ":( simone" and Future!Hiro is like "wtf is simone? that's your boyfriend mohinder".

Oh my God, that's why BadAssFuture!Peter is making out with Future!Nikki! He's trying to make Mohinder jealous, because Mohinder is obviously neglecting him what with trying to keep EVIL!Nathan under control... ooooh.

OH man, don't worry. I keeping make "Sylar/Peter/Ted is DA BOMB" jokes, but I know like two Heroes fans in real life so nobody punishes me for it. YAY.

The jaw? Look at the sort of... sideburns. Well, you know how when guys shave, they sort of get a sharp 'line' just next to the ear even if they don't have sideburns? And a girl, with longer hair, would not because that bit doesn't grow down that far... and it'd be longer...
