Haha I was really pleased with this sketch too, the dancing is just too cute :)
I think they casted the prime minister really well, Anthony Head is really sexy and a great actor.

If you liked that one, rent Series 1 Disc 2, they have some sketches at a live show benefitting pediatric cancer research. It starts with the PM standing and Sebastian's head right in front of him at crotch level.
