Hehe, Hutch wants to wrassle.


It's amazing how many people always show up to catch Starsky and Hutch in awkward situations. Someone should be keeping score.


Arm touchies are nice.


Forehead touchies are nice, too. If Starsky wasn't partially paralyzed and going into shock from a couple of bullet wounds, I might have found this hot. Then again, I probably did think it was hot.

moondroplette found a better version of the infamous "beach groping" incident, and she cleaned it up so fangirls could squee forever and ever amen over this pic. In fact, I'm squeeing right now thanks to her.

I think it's because of the times the producers were so weird about it all, but also, I don't think the actors themselves think of what they do and how they act with each other as anything but "brotherly love" with some teasing homoerotic overtones.

Oh, I think they deliberately screwed with people's head about the homoerotic thing too, because they knew there were these rumors and they didn't give a damn and didn't think anyone else should either. It's all sort of a "fuck you" thing with both of them, too, and they got endless amusement from it, from what I gather in interviews they've given.

That doesn't make it any less fun to watch, however. As for me, I don't think the actors are particularly gay but I sure think Starsky and Hutch are. *G*

I'd be willing to compromise and say S&H are bi at the very least. The very, very least. But I don't think for a moment that they're completely hetero. No siree. They're gay for each other. :D



You're right about the times. I keep forgetting that the 70s aren't the 00s. That's what I get for being a youngin...

I'm glad they chose to tease and bait the fans like they did. I'll admit that it's the reason I started buying up DVDs in the first place. :)

Yeah, bi works better, given all the obvious appreciation they show the fairer sex. When they're not oogling each other. *G*
