They look wet, both of them, so they may have played around with water. That said, I have heard an anecdote that at an Elvis-concert, they put a small tube in his pants, to squeeze water out of, to make it appear like he was aroused, and leaking pre-come. They miscalculated the amount of water, however, and made it look like he wet himself instead.
