he is nicholas' stunt double for several episodes IIRC
And in that episode where he gets hit by that duplicating ray he's playing one part yeah.

If I am not mistaking they used him in several shots as well when Nicholas was unavailable.

His brother played Xander in a few scenes of Intervention because Nick was sick, actually, so chances re you've seen him and didn't even know it. :) He was also in that episode was there was two Xanders so they didn't have to computerize Nick in twice.
