Boys Love Movie trailer + pics, and why cute guys should be made to play twister more often...

Boys Love is a Japanese movie about to come out towards the end of this month about a magazine writer who gets sent to interview a young male model and gets involved with him. Got interested in it because one of the actors has been involved in lots of other guy/guy projects (the one with the longish hair playing the model); he seems to be making a career out of it, which I don't mind ^_____^. I thought the trailer might interest some of you. There's been talk about the movie being subbed too, so I'll keep people up to date on that if they're interested.

Most of the guys on these pictures are from the idol group D-boys, or Prince of Tennis the stage musicals. The two popsicle boys are Prince of Tennis actors, and are just cute, so I put them up too.

It frustrates me that to get a gay movie to have any recognition in America, they have to be cowboys, because cowboys are manly. :/

Actually I think the only reason that movie was recognised on the level it was anywhere was becaused it was directed by Ang Lee - a very high profile director and stared two fairly well known up-and-coming actors.

Well, I recognize faces, and eventually names, but when it comes to directors, I only know Baz Luherman (though I doubt I spelled it right) and Tim Burton. XD

His name is Saitou Takumi. *am a big big fan*

He played Oshitari Yuushi in several of the Prince of Tennis stage musicals, which are easy to find in YouTube. (the backstages are cute; you get to see him fooling around with the guy who plays his doubles partner)

He was Arisada in Princess Princess D (another guy/guy t.v series, although he just plays the school president and isn't involved in the series' shonen-ai pairing. Again, found in YouTube.)

Then his other new movie is coming out early next year. On the last picture, the guy on the left with the reddish hair will be playing Takumi's friend who has a crush on him, so another boy love movie for him. Lol.

Saitou confuses me. Have you seen his idol DVD? No straight guy should look so comfortable dancing in heels on stage with a bunch of Thai drag queens. He looked pretty, too, except for the stuffed up wig.

I'm praying for a Saitou-Ruirui movie.
Or Shirota x Aiba, Shirota x Kazuki, Kaji x Endo or Kenta x Date. *hopes more TeniMyu boys will get involved in bl shows.* hehehe.

Do you want the others with them fooling around in bed? I didn't put it up because Kaji Masaki took off his hat and his weird curly hairstyle was revealed. He said in his blog that it was for a new movie role...and it's ugly... TT___TT *loves Kaji*.
