In like sixth grade, so it all went over my head.

Yeah, I own it, so I watched it again when I was about 14 and was literally like, "HOLY FUCK! THEY SO WANT INSIDE EACH OTHERS PANTS!"

I haven't seen this movie yet! I really should get on that; Jake's face in the second one from the bottom is just adorable.

The blond boy who plays Roy Lee looks familiar. Did he play Bullet Head(or whatever the hell his name was) on the Steve Harvey show? Maybe I'm just crazy.

Yup, you're right. He did. He was also in Pearl Harbor, Gattaca (in which we get a nice shirtless shot), and Gone in Sixty Seconds. I don't know why he isn't being offered more roles. He can act and he's a hottie.

Wow, I has forgotten how young Jake looks in this! And I just have to say that my favorite "BT" moment is at the end when the camera pans up Jake's back and you totally think his dad is about to grab his ass, but then keeps going to clasp his shoulder in a manly, fatherly way.

Yeah, I thought about including it, but then I was like, er no. I may be a lot of things, but father/son bt is not in my repetoire.

Aww! It's been years since I've seen this movie, but it used to be one of my favorites. Roy Lee was one of my very first movie crushes.

Hahahahah. Yeeeah. Okay, so I manipulated a picture of Mr. Fantastic and the Human Torch, because seriously they'd be hot together. Other than that, I don't think there's much basis in the film for it. I await the next one.

Oh yeah, I agree, there was no basis for the pairing at all in the movie verse... still doesn't stop me from squeeing over how hot it is/could be.

Oh my fucking God, I love you! I've been waiting for forever for someone to post these here. October Sky is my favorite movie (and one of my favorite books) ever. And, of course, everytime I watch it I notice the boy touching.
